Fitness and Health

Fitness and Health

For most of us in public schools, PE (physical education) was in the curriculum. We do not have any choice but to comply and to treat him as one of the school subjects. For outside insider, the physical education classes were great because it has given many an outlet for all juveniles spend hormones. For those of us who fear PE (including myself), our main thoughts were more like, "What is the use of PE when not improve our test results . "We were so bad then.

It is only now, as we approach middle age that we made the mistake of not building a more robust physique with our younger years to handle the pressure and stress of life today . However, it is not too late. It is not yet the end of my life. I can still make a difference.

Do not tell anyone, he said, that the glory of this temple of our following days will be more glorious than our first. So here I am, writing something in fitness in the hope of stimulating my middle-aged body to new heights.

The best way to good health is soft to moderate exercise. That suits me fine, because we are so, so busy and time is a precious commodity in today's economy. The less time spent on physical exercises that torture and yet be able to help maintain a healthy body - I'll be good for me.

All I want to achieve is a healthy body. I'm not a fitness guru or a monster of the year (sorry for the term used). I like a bit of laziness, once upon a time.

I like to enjoy myself with some pleasures such as restaurants and sleeping in front of the TV. But I realized that this may not be the standard or otherwise dig my own grave sooner than later.
Want to be fit or you want to be healthy? Hey, I thought you meant the same.

Well, fitness is defined in terms of a concept called physical work capacity, or the amount of work the body can do. The ability of a person can be determined in a laboratory by observing the amount of energy that can be produced on a bicycle ergometer cycling at a specific heart rate, or a racetrack to see how far you can run in a determined time. Fitness can also be understood in relation to a number of components, including strength, flexibility, strength, and power. You must be able to play many sports, such as football, hockey and tennis.

Furthermore, good health is a broader concept that includes disease-free and disease, and be in good mental and spiritual well-being.
Normally, being in shape and being healthy go hand in hand. But not always. For example, you can be in great shape through the courts, but suffer from a health problem, such as alcoholism.

When we understand these two concepts and the difference between fitness and good health, then realized that you really need less exercise to be healthy. You really need more exercise to get fit and stay fit.

How to stay fit?

Many people need to be in shape because their jobs or careers require. If you are an athlete or an athlete you need to be fit or you're not on the game. If you are a soldier or a firefighter, you need to be fit as a decision that could mean life or died for you if needed.
To be fit, you need to follow a series of exercises that we call training program. Proper training is always conducted in a proper and professional who has training facilities experts and regulated by the supervisory environment. Examples of this type of training are training fitness gym, running, weight training, swimming programs, etc.
In such an environment, the intensity of the exercise program is modified to achieve different levels of fitness. This means that if you want to be very, very fit, you need to exercise at a moderate intensity level or above. Normally in achieving these target levels of fitness, the individual will also probably healthier. However, if you want to stay fit, but only in good health, you do not have to exercise that hard.

How to be healthy?

On the other hand, if you want to be healthy, then you only have a mild level of exercise to stay healthy and stay healthy. Sometimes fear and anxiety of suffering from heart disease, high cholesterol in the blood, obesity and mental health, encourages us to stay physically active.
You should not have the same intensity workout to stay healthy, compared to stay in shape. It may include exercise into your normal routine. Instead of entering the compact car and walk around the block to park at a distance and walk all the way. Walk the golf course and bring your own bag instead of hanging a golf cart or hire a caddy. Do some simple exercises behind the counter desk using isometric exercises when nobody is looking. Make grilled or squats in the middle of television advertising.

All I'm saying is that you do not need to torture yourself to stay healthy.
Some tips for active living:

* Use the stairs instead of the elevator or escalator.
* Do not use the remote to change the channel. Get up from   your chair.
* Bring your running shoes when traveling post in case you     find some free time to take a short walk / jog.

To be healthy, some experts recommend a physical activity at least five days a week.
Whenever we live in a world where business less physical in our lives is necessary. We have washing machines and dryers for us, we transport cars and desks to sit and work or study.
In school, they always say "sit".
